Cancellation Policy
I understand that life is busy and accidents may happen. Sometimes things are just beyond our control.
However, please be considerate of the fact that wait-listed clients may be available to fill your appointment.
So, if rescheduling is needed, please give a 24-hour notice so that another client may have the opportunity to enjoy that time.
Last-minute cancellations may take up to three weeks to be rescheduled.
Gift Certificate
You can easily purchase a Gift Certificate through Mail delivery or Online delivery.
Simply email your order to [email protected] and I will prepare your Gift Certificate and send it by mail or email within one business day. Please include the following information in your email:
* Your name
* Name of your recipient
* The service or amount you would like to give
* Address to which you would like the gift shipped
* Preferred payment method
